Associate Changes Agencies – Henley Standard

AN estate agents in Henley have appointed a new partner.

Jason Applebey has joined Knight Frank’s Henley office team.

Mr Applebey, 41, started his career in conveyancing, providing legal services for property sales transactions, before moving into estate agency.

He started his new partner role at Knight Frank earlier this month. He said: “I am delighted with the move. Having been at Davis Tate for 15 years and branch manager of the Henley office for the past six years, it’s nice to have a change.

“I’m really looking forward to being able to focus on marketing and selling the properties.”

Mr Applebey lives in Sonning Common with his two daughters, Emily, 11, and Sophie, eight, and their ginger cat Pinot. In his spare time he enjoys golfing and has recently completed the Thames Path Walk.

Knight Frank was founded in London in 1896 and today the company has nearly 400 offices worldwide. The Henley team are based in Thameside and offer a range of property solutions including residential sales and rentals, commercial and rural properties, as well as investment and development opportunities.

Nick Warner, Knight Frank Partner and Head of Residential Sales Office, said: “The Knight Frank Henley team is delighted to welcome Jason Applebey, who has a proven record as a solid estate agent in Henley and its surroundings.

“This is a strategic move for Jason and Knight Frank. Jason has developed a very strong following of private clients and has also worked closely with developers to great effect. We wish him a great future at Knight Frank .
